Many of us experience difficulties in our lives. Each of us is different, but these might be related to:

- difficult choices
- life transitions
- dreams and disappointments
The feelings are as varied as the problems but may include:
- low self-esteem
These feelings can often be very difficult to manage and can in some instances lead to feelings of suicide.
